Coastal Partners Program

The Coastal Partners program is an opportunity for local businesses to partner with the Coastal Land Trust to help protect coastal areas. By participating in the program, local businesses invest in the future of our coastal environment and join the movement to balance growth with conservation. It shows your customers that your business cares about the NC Coast and gives them an opportunity to participate in saving the places they love.

Participating businesses invite customers to make a small voluntary contribution (generally between $1 and $5, added to their rental bill, charter, or purchase) to the Coastal Land Trust for the protection of our natural areas. The program is flexible enough to work for a variety of businesses, from hotels and resorts to outfitters and restaurants.

Gift of the Coast

Gift of the Coast is a voluntary partnership program by which home builders and realtors give their clients a one year gift membership to the Coastal Land Trust as closing gifts. Funds from these generous gifts contribute to our operating overhead and introduce the work of the Coastal Land Trust to those who might not otherwise hear about us.

Host of the Coast

Host of the Coast is voluntary giving program in which inns and hotels, and rental agencies partner with the Coastal Land Trust to help protect the places both our community and visitors love. Participating lodging establishments invite guests to make a small voluntary contribution ($1 added to their nightly bill) to the Coastal Land Trust. Many of our visitors come to the coast for the natural beauty of this area so they are happy to help the Coastal Land Trust preserve our special coastal areas.
