Sunset Social - Saturday September 23

Mike Kelly graciously hosts a sunset social to benefit the Coastal Land Trust at his award winning Penguin Isle Soundside Grill and Bar in Nags Head.  A stunning sunset view will compliment delicious hors d'oeuvre and open bar as local land conservationists and volunteers gather.  Penguin Isle is the recipient of the "4 Star Award" from the Virginian Pilot.

Music is generously provided by Marcy Brenner & Lou Castro who form the acoustic songwriting duo, Coyote.  Hailing from Ocracoke, this couple plays a combination of their own compositions, mixed with compositions from other acoustic types such as Joni Mitchell. They are not above pleasing disparate listeners with their own arrangements from the likes of Jimi Hendrix or Led Zeppelin.

Penguin Isle is located on Highway 158 at Milepost 16 in Nags Head.  Casual dress.
