Land Trust Day is a promotional partnership between local businesses and the state's land trusts that enables businesses and the community to help protect local natural areas. The event was founded by Great Outdoor Provision Company in 1992 and is held annually the first Saturday in June. Participating businesses support the Coastal Land Trust by donating a percentage of their sales on Land Trust Day. Raffle tickets for the 2008 Land Trust Day Raffle will be sold at Great Outdoor Provision Company from Saturday, May 31 - Saturday, June 7. The winners will be chosen on Saturday, June 7, 2008.
